Quiet, Relaxing Country Park

View From Webland Walk

Webland Farm is for those people who want to own their own Holiday Home in the Devon Countryside. Magnificent views over the Dartmoor National Park, peace and tranquillity are the primary things we offer. We have no club, bar or entertainment, just unspoilt natural surroundings and acres of space to relax.

Not that you will be short of things to do or places to see! In a survey recently carried out, South Devon came top of the list for the best place to live in the UK and is well known as a wonderful holiday location with many natural and man-made attractions. You’ll have plenty of time to enjoy your holiday home and experience all the local delights, as Webland Farm is open all year long. So, along with your summer holidays, you can also enjoy your Christmas dinner overlooking the Devon countryside.

As part of creating the friendly atmosphere at Webland Farm all our Holiday Lodges and Caravan Holiday Homes are all privately owned.

South Devon - a natural choice

Webland Farm pond and countryside

For those who are content to take the more leisurely approach to life it’s worth pointing out that it has been said that Devon isn’t 200 miles from London, it’s at least 25 years from London. We frequently get comments about how friendly and helpful people are and whether you’re sitting out beside your holiday home at Webland or eating a traditional Devonshire cream tea, you decide the pace of life while you’re here.

According to a quality of life survey in Country Life magazine, “Devon is the best county in England by a thumping great margin”. When you realise that Devon won the categories for Landscape Value, National Trust Sites and Outstanding Pubs as well as recording an average of 1,464 bright sunshine hours a year, which works out to four hours every day, you’ll understand why we love it here.

There is a greater wealth of National Parks, Heritage Coast and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty than any other county and a great diversity of wildlife. Country Life reports that a sharp observer can expect to spot 140 different species of birds on any one day in Devon. You are certainly likely to see a wide variety of wildlife at Webland Farm where roe deer, owls, foxes, badgers and many more have been seen.

A Quiet and Friendly Park

Tor View Walk 2017

As part of creating the friendly atmosphere at Webland Farm all our Holiday Lodges and Caravan Holiday Homes are all privately owned.

This has great advantages for our home owners. The Park always feels relaxed and quiet, even at the height of summer and, with no commercial subletting, there is not a constant coming  and going of people that you don’t know.

The whole development is being sympathetically landscaped with thousands of trees and shrubs to enhance the natural surroundings and wildlife. The views are delightful, it’s a great base to explore the area, why not come and take a look for yourself?

If you want to come down, or would just like some more information, you can call us on 01364 73273, e-mail us at sharon@weblandfarm.co.uk or send us a message via the website contact form.
